back from work!!! zzzZZ~....
haha saw one of my teammate ORD today...
isit it great to ORD?? ahhh so tired T_T!
woo haha heard the steamboat went extremely well!
haha T_T sadist wasn't able to join in the fun!
haha today was quite a rushing day, Miss Tan is quite emo
becos i reply short messages n no punctuations....
T_T sorry sorry was't really purposely don't reply one.
but is really got too rushed le...haha
hmm some of the things i learnt today!
to be a good leader:-
- Take charge of situation and every person in ur group.
- Small issues do matters, think of a way to settle the problem or situation happening. Take initiative, Don’t think others will do it and take initiative. You'll have to do it, Because no one else will do it n is not a game of tag or waiting for ppl to do something.
- Whatever, it is, do it when instruction given, Be sharp n STAY SHARP constantly, know, understand, be watchful. (If you are not sharp, then u'll surely look stupid, n also remember ur countenance may affect others not just urself, stay focus!)
- Don’t be too engross with wat u r doing, got to stay sharp n engage with ur surrounding.
- Be accountable to each other, let ur leaders know wat r u going to do or where r u going, if not y is there a need to place a leader in our lives? is also a form of courtesy to let each other know how u feel n wat r u thinking.
Put it in a simple way we got be diligent and faithful over little things in our lives.

Do u want to be a good leader? so stop slacking n giving excuses, time to wake up from ur dreams n start to work on urself! :D
